It all started in the 80's when Jan Carlzon transformed SAS into a market oriented service company. This is when we discovered that managing change is managing learning.
Working in a close relationship with Klas Mellander, a pedagogical mastermind, taught us how well structured, and scalable, pedagogical methods could turn leaders into facilitators.
Being successful in the Scandinavian context we were approached by Top Peters Group and co-developed a learning package "Creating Value for the Customer" aimed at the US market.
We then partnered with Don Laurie in London working with large multinational corporations and gained deep insights into the concepts and work of the leaders.
Back in Scandinavia we founded Customers Focus Institute together with Jan Lapidoth Sr and Bernt Engblom focusing on large scale learning projects mainly in the service sector.
Today we support leaders by embedding pedagogical technologies into their original concepts and ideas.
